Restaurant Ready Workshop
Learn the basics of hospitality and the workings of a restaurant
Tuesday 13 April 5 – 8pm
Saturday 17 April 2 – 5pm
You will learn how to:
– Prepare and professionally set the dining room, layout, linen, cutlery, glassware, ambience.
– Run through a complete order of service including meeting and greeting guests, ordering, dockets, communication with chef and kitchen staff.
You will receive training from professionals with 20+ years of experience in hospitality and leave with a solid foundation of understanding about working and waiting in a restaurant, and a booklet to take home for revision.
